DARREN
With 23 years of culinary experience under his belt, you can expect some impressive dishes and tasty surprises coming from him!
Darren has run some of Cornwall’s biggest and best hotel kitchens as well as a wedding venue in the South of France.
His favourite thing on the RAD menu is “the banging salsa verde which just brings everything to life!”
When he’s not busy conjuring up absolute taste sensations, you can find him raising money for charity while banger racing with his friends, at music festivals and spending time with his lovely wife Alice and gorgeous young daughters, Evie and Isla.
Cornish Provenance
We pride ourselves on using the best locally sourced ingredients; all of our sides and sauces are homemade. Our meat and veggies are sourced within Cornwall, meaning less food miles and supporting Cornish farms and businesses. We work closely with local farms to provide the best tasting dishes possible.
